My name is Veronica Fleeton, and I hope to accomplish the following mission:
• To reach out to our youth and help them find purpose and meaning in their lives in order to achieve great things
• To foster and encourage a spirit of collaboration with adult learners, teachers and facilitators of learning, sharing our most memorable teaching/educational expertise and accomplishments
• To offer my expertise as a training consultant and conduct a needs assessment at your facility, with an end goal of identifying gaps in worker performance, increase employee/customer satisfaction, and enhance your company's overall performance.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Education that is geared toward developing a workforce, and a Master of Arts degree in Education specializing in Curriculum Instruction. I function as a motivational speaker and encourage these types of speaking commitments. My career goal is to continue to serve as a facilitator of learning in a post-secondary and or vocational education setting, and continue my efforts as a training and education consultant for small business and other private education entities. As a facilitator of learning, my aim is to assist and support small business and industry with e-Learning and web-based training solutions for the workplace. To ensure I give back to my community, and do my part in investing in the youth that will eventually lead this country, I will continue to mentor the youth in the Chicago Public School system to help them in achieving their life's mission, and commit to forging together alliances with the experts in the field of adult education—all knowledge can be transformed into useful learning activity.
